Missed/Cancelled Appointment Policy
Each appointment is carefully scheduled to give you the time and attention you deserve. When a visit is missed or changed with less than 24 hours' notice, that time often goes unused and can't be offered to another patient.
We understand that unexpected things come up. As a courtesy, we offer a one-time grace for late changes. After that, a $50 fee will apply to appointments that are cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice. Repeated instances may affect your ability to book future appointments.
We simply ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Thank you for helping us care for our entire patient community.
